Riddle Posted in PA Newcomers Building.

In the new house for the new arrivals in PA, there is a quest riddle on the wall.
It is supposed to be a quest suitable to do for mentors with their disciples, and goes like this:


"Six of nothing grouped in two.
Monkeys, turtles, pigs, looked upon. Followed by a group.
Written monkeys, turtles, pigs. Followed by a group.
Creature driven from its land, face got grinded in the red, chewing mechanism in sand.
Find them on a specific time. Behold another M at place.
Back to the location.
Combine the two minus 12000 and three times nothing in the trash.
That's the number of the day. The month is number 7."

It seems you are to find something at a specific place on a specific day in July.
But what, where and on what day...?

Six of nothing grouped in two. - well maybe...if you group 6 into 2 groups then you have 3 in each group? maybe the number 3? But...you can't have 6 of nothing unless nothing is something...what is the nothing?


Monkeys, turtles, pigs, looked upon. Followed by a group. -monkeys? what looks like monkeys?  turtles are maybe tantillons, pigs are maybe hogglos? But why would those be looked upon? lol


Written monkeys, turtles, pigs. Followed by a group. -followed by a group? is it the group of 3?  lol  Or maybe a tp run or something? But written? hmmm is there a sign in EU somewhere that says something about monkeys?


Creature driven from its land, face got grinded in the red, chewing mechanism in sand. -ermmm? red chewing mechansim in EU? hmmmm.


Find them on a specific time. Behold another M at place. Find them? Is them a what or a who? M for mentor? M for Michigan?  M for Minopolis? Specific time: maybe 3? or 6? or 2?


Back to the location. The landing zone? The M place?


Combine the two minus 12000 and three times nothing in the trash. -uhmmm. Which 2? the 2 3s would make it -1194 if the 3s are right. And there's that nothing again, but this time it's in the trash.


That's the number of the day. The month is number 7." -Well at least we have July.

mmmph. Apparently riddles aren't my thing because all I really get out of that is that an event is happening in July with a nothing that is something that smells like a flat-faced monkey who writes the number 3 in the sand with his red teeth while being followed by hogglos and tantillons and looked upon by noobs in tattered orange jumpsuits from Minopolis.

Here's my interpretation of the parts I understand:

Six of nothing grouped in two.
Zero is nothing, so 6 zeros grouped in 3 - 000 000


Monkeys, turtles, pigs, looked upon. Followed by a group.No idea about the monkeys, turtles and pigs.
The looked upon could mean either that the animals are being looked upon or they are doing the looking.  And followed by a group I assume means a group of 3 zeros

Written monkeys, turtles, pigs. Followed by a group.Again, no idea about the animals but this is followed by the second group of 3 zeros

Creature driven from its land, face got grinded in the red, chewing mechanism in sand.
No clue about this.  Maybe referring to a new MOB?

Find them on a specific time. Behold another M at place.Maybe a new MOB that's going to appear at a certain time and place.  Kill it and get some special loot?
The M might refer to 1000 as in a roman numeral?

Back to the location.
Combine the two minus 12000 and three times nothing in the trash.I assume this means combine the long and lat of the location from above, subtract 12000 and then drop the last 3 zeros

That's the number of the day. The month is number 7.
That gives you the day this new MOB appears in July

I don't know.  What ever happened with this riddle in PA?

The riddle was solved by figuring out the correct coordinates and the correct time and finding the Molisk teeth that were hidden there. I can't remember what the prize was, but I believe there were several winners.
