Sweat calculator updated for any sweaters out there who don't like to do the math

This spreadsheet is now also available in Microsoft Excel format as well as open office format. Both versions of the spreadsheet have been improved from the original that was posted. All fields are now write protected with the exception of the two data entry fields to prevent any other cells from being mistakenly deleted or overwritten. Pressing the tab key jumps between the two data entry cells. Enjoy.
