I should show you what it looks like in highest.  I can keep it pretty lag free so long as I keep the AA on 8x without that second option and I turn down the shadows and post processing to high.  My system isn't that great, but, since you asked.....

The motherboard is by Gigabyte and has 2oz copper PCB to help it stay cool and solid capacitors so that it wont go pop when I run at full load for hours on end.  780G chipset.  It has integrated IGP Radeon HD 3200 - HDMI output Smile  AM2+ socket holds a Athlon X2 Black Edition 7850.  1 or more of the 4 vacant PCI-E slots will soon be home to a SLI friend for the current 512MB 8800 GT.

The memory is 2 pairs of OCZ high performance DD2: pc2-6400 800mhz 5-6-6-15 Vista upgrade 240-pin ddr2 dimm w/heat spreader.

Boot Harddrive: SEAGATE Barracuda 1tb ST31000340AS SATA-300 7200rpm 32mb hard drive
Other 2 drives are the old SATA boot drive and the IDE drive from the Linksys file server thing that never worked right.

Windows 7 64-bit ultimate RC1 works pretty good and I'm too cheap to buy an operating system.  This is the numbers according to Windows.

Processor AMD Athlon(tm) 7850 Dual-Core Processor 6.3
Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB 7.1
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT  6.0
Gaming graphics 4094 MB Total available graphics memory 6.0
Primary hard disk 628GB Free (932GB Total) 5.9

I need a faster harddrive??

Golly nat, pretty good setup.

I have an Nvidia Geforce N9800GT, but only one PCIE slot  Sad

8GB RAM? Farout man. I puddle along with 2.

Pentium 4  -  3.0Ghz

I hope mine looks something like yours. It's amazing.

I hope I don't have to fiddle with settings on the graphics card - I wouldn't have a clue.
