Oh boy, I'm in for it. A bunch of disparate floating equities, Hohfeldian analysis, and a slide-rule with no numbers on it. But this is
supposed to be Equity 101!

I don't know what it means either. I just have to cook up 3K words on it by next Monday.
Woe is me.

But,
GUESS WHAT?[...thus bringing myself within the topical bounds of this thread]
I Jack-King suited my Real Property mid-term exam.

I didn't Ace it

, but I went pretty well I think

, which means I don't have to worry about writing an essay on the the viability of expressing Australian Indigenous land law in terms of Anglo-Australian property rights, and the implications of doing so.
I thank the Lord Vader for that!

(Where is the Darth Vader smiley? I am sure there is one)
Interesting, to be sure, but too interesting. How the hell can anyone do that in 2.5K words, while at the same time navigating the rocks and shoals of the inevitable ideological stake held in the matter by those who will assess my efforts. Crikey!

Such is my life at the moment. The good bits anyway...

Now I'm going to 'Jack-King off' (where is the smiley for this?) and get some sleep.

PS: Found one:

Found some for the other one too but I'm not posting them.
