Haha! Well the worrying isn't over yet... that's just the first half. I still have to take the second half... which is most likely going to be more difficult than the first.

I haven't failed a single exam yet... but there is a first time for everything, right?

Oh boy, I'm in for it. A bunch of disparate floating equities, Hohfeldian analysis, and a slide-rule with no numbers on it. But this is supposed to be Equity 101!  Silly Eyes

 I don't know what it means either. I just have to cook up 3K words on it by next Monday.

I Jack-King suited my Real Property mid-term exam.  flip  I didn't Ace it  Sad, but I went pretty well I think Clap, which means I don't have to worry about writing an essay on the the viability of expressing Australian Indigenous land law in terms of Anglo-Australian property rights, and the implications of doing so.

I thank the Lord Vader for that!  Angry (Where is the Darth Vader smiley? I am sure there is one)

Interesting, to be sure, but too interesting. How the hell can anyone do that in 2.5K words, while at the same time navigating the rocks and shoals of the inevitable ideological stake held in the matter by those who will assess my efforts. Crikey!  Sick

Such is my life at the moment. The good bits anyway...


Now I'm going to 'Jack-King off' (where is the smiley for this?) and get some sleep.  lol

3k words? Bah, I'm sure you can come up with at least 3.5k by Monday, no problem.
