Hello! ^_^ My in-game name is nahtanos...I have been playing EU for 1 week now and last night Chrome happened to run into me at swamp camp. Chrome helped me sweat some combibo and led me on a tp run, teaching me all about things on the way. I'm glad I met someone that was truly helpful and willing to tolerate all my nooby questions...^^

I am 24 years old, happily married with 3 kids, 4 year old son (will be 5 in two weeks) and twin 2 year old daughters. I've been working with a survey crew for the past 6 months but alas I am being laid off in a couple weeks...so not sure what I'll be doing next. I live in mississippi, it's  not quite michigan but it's got a few similar letters...^_-

Michigan...Mississippi...Texas....New Mexico...California....all the same    I was originally from Michigan, now I'm in Texas, and we have players now from all over the US and the world.  Sorry to hear the news about your job, I just got laid off myself not too long ago so I'm in the process of applying for another job. Good luck to you in finding something and don't forget that we have this forum... it can be very useful both for EU issues and for RL; ya never know when someone here might know of something and it never hurts to ask!

Well if you decide you want to join the rest of us nutters on planet Calypso, just let us know    I'm sure you'd be welcomed with plenty of assistance and helpful advice on how to make it in our little virtual world. There are definitely a lot of interesting and talented people to meet in EU, and you'll find the most talented and helpful people in the Militia (shameless plug.) It can take a bit to get the hang of things, but once you get out and start exploring and meeting people and having fun, you quickly realize why we all stick around  

Of course, you're welcome to just hang about here too and keep knocking out arcade scores  Naht & Chrome need a little competition.

Depends on the laptop.

If these minimum system requirements are not met, you will not have a successful experience in Entropia Universe:

Internet Connection: ADSL or better

Operating System: Windows XP or Vista

Do you use Vista and have download or installation issues?
Right click on the client software iconSelect 'Run as administrator' option


Computer Processor: 1.7 GHz Intel P4 or AMD Athlon XP 1700+

Computer Memory: 512 MB RAM or more

Graphics Card (with latest drivers): NVIDIA GeForce 6000 series or higher / ATI Radeon R300 Series (96xx or higher)
Graphics Card that supports Shader 2.0 or higher



DirectX: Version 9.0c

Sound Device: Direct X compatible sound device

Screen Resolution: 1024 x 768 pixels

Hard Drive Space: 3 GB of free space


The biggest thing is to make sure your gfx card or onboard supports pixel shader 2.0 or higher.
